Have u noticed that, for some reason when you start school or college your body feels down and tired faster? well there are some things you need to cut short or eliminate directly so when you are studing, you will stay awake and aware of what is going on....
1- bye bye soda and coffee!!!
the coffee as well as the soda will keep you awake as it's proven, but it's also a fact that they just give you a "sugar rush", yes, the kind that little kids get when they eat too much candy, so you will need to keep drinking coffee and soda during the day to be awake
Instead of sugary drinks, choose plain water, this will keep you hydrated wich also helps with the levels of concentration during the study time.
2- stay up late? no way!
as a regular student, you need to keep your sleeping schedule going on a nice beat, sleeping 8 hours at night will give you all the rest you need to work during the day without feeling tired and numb.
CATCH: if you think that after you did not get as much sleep one night, sleep more the next one will make u feel better, you are wrong, sleep can not be replaced, and if you sleep more than what your body is used to, you will probably wake up even more tired, with body pains, and the feeling that you did not sleep as much as you need it.
